We are proud to announce that we have officially established Formula Swiss Medical Ltd. to develop a strong portfolio of medical cannabis products for patients.
In Denmark, we have partnered with a very experienced partner established in 1854 to develop medical cannabis products in our joint-venture Formula Swiss
Medical Ltd.
Together, we will collaborate with leading researchers and scientists in Scandinavia to increase our knowledge about how cannabinoids work in the human body and document the safety and effect of our products in patients through clinical research projects.
We expect the first medical cannabis products to be available to patients in Denmark through the official system before the end of 2021.
