At Formula Swiss, sustainability is built into how we operate. As a producer of industrial hemp products, we focus on practical, measurable improvements across energy use, cultivation practices, packaging, and production processes.

We prioritise efficiency and responsible resource use by investing in modern production methods, renewable energy sources where available (including hydro and solar), and cultivation practices that support long-term soil health.

We also continuously review our packaging and materials to reduce waste while protecting product integrity in transport. Where possible, we use ROHS-compliant wood components and recycled paper-based materials.

Certifications and accreditations

We invest heavily in quality systems and documented processes. Since 2018, we have been documenting and continuously improving production processes aligned with GMP principles and ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) requirements.

In addition, selected products are certified organic and vegan. These certifications reflect our commitment to verified standards, responsible sourcing, and product integrity.

Looking to the future

We are proud of our progress, but we treat sustainability as continuous improvement. Our priorities include increasing the share of recycled materials where feasible, strengthening renewable energy sourcing, and continuously improving efficiency to reduce waste and emissions.

Sustainability is a journey. Some improvements take time due to regulatory, safety, and quality requirements, but we prioritise progress through practical actions and ongoing investment in better solutions.
