These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made on this website by consumers (“you”, “customer”).
This webshop is operated by the legal entity and operator details listed on our Imprint page. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the webshop operator.
Store policy notice: Any withdrawal/return policy described in these Terms is a store policy and applies in addition to any mandatory rights that apply in your country of residence.
1. Scope
These Terms govern the sale of products (“Products”) sold via this website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and
- the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Definitions
- Order: your purchase request submitted through the website.
- Dispatch: when the parcel is handed over to the carrier and/or a shipping confirmation is issued.
- Products: goods offered for sale on the website.
- Business day: a day other than weekends and public holidays in the country where the order is processed.
4. Product information
We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:
- product images are illustrative and packaging may differ, and
- typographical or technical errors may occur.
Products sold on this website are intended for cosmetic use. Please follow the usage instructions on the product label.
If a material error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel and refund the order.

5. Orders & contract formation
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase Products.
- A contract is formed when we confirm your order and/or dispatch the Products.
- We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or unusual ordering patterns.
6. Prices, charges & promotions
- Prices shown at checkout are in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges (if any) are displayed during checkout before you place your order.
- Discount codes and promotions may have conditions (e.g., minimum spend, time limits, exclusions) and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
7. Delivery
- We deliver to the countries shown at checkout.
- Delivery time estimates are provided for guidance and are not guarantees.
- Risk passes to you when you (or a person nominated by you) takes physical possession of the goods.
7.1 Incorrect delivery information
Please ensure your delivery address details are correct at checkout.
7.2 Address changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or dispatch has begun.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
7.3 Refused deliveries / uncollected parcels
If a parcel is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we may process a refund after it is received back.
Where permitted by law, we may deduct direct costs we incurred as a result of the refusal/non-collection (for example: return shipping fees charged by the carrier and any re-handling costs).
7.4 Split deliveries
We may ship items in separate parcels if necessary (for example, due to stock availability or warehouse handling). If so, you may receive separate dispatch notifications where available.
7.5 Lost parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us via our Customer Service page and we will investigate with the carrier. Resolution may include replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
8. Cancellation before dispatch (order cancellation)
If you contact us to cancel before dispatch, we will try to stop shipment.
If you request cancellation after we have started processing your order (for example: payment checks, picking/packing, creating shipping labels, reserving stock, or handover preparation), a €20 administration fee may be applied to cover processing and handling (charged or deducted from any refund). This fee applies at most once per order and does not apply where cancellation is due to our error.
Processing is considered started once picking/packing has begun and/or a shipping label has been created.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you must follow the withdrawal/return procedure in Section 9 (and our Return & Replacement Policy).
9. Right of withdrawal (14 days), returns & refunds (store policy)
Our detailed returns process is also described in our Return & Replacement Policy.
9.1 Your right (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
9.2 Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.
9.3 How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by contacting us via our Customer Service page).
9.4 Return process (how it works)
When contacting us, please include your order number and the items you wish to return. We may provide return instructions and/or a return reference to help us process your return.
We may require a return authorisation (return reference) before a return is sent. Returns sent without following our return instructions may be delayed or returned to sender.
We strongly recommend using a tracked return service and keeping proof of shipment.
Evidence of sending may include a carrier receipt, tracking number, or other proof showing the return was handed over to a shipping provider.
9.5 Returning goods (deadline)
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
9.6 Return shipping costs & return shipment responsibility
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked service, adequate packaging, and keeping proof of shipment.
Returns must be packaged securely. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
9.7 Condition of returned goods / diminished value
Returned goods must be sent back in a condition that allows us to inspect them. Items should be returned with original packaging where possible.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (for example: missing parts, damaged packaging beyond reasonable inspection, or signs of use).
Returns should include all items originally supplied (including any components, inserts, accessories, and promotional items where applicable).
9.8 Refunds
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Processing time: After we are entitled to issue a refund (for example, once we have received the return or acceptable evidence of sending), we may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
After we approve and process a refund, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank and may take additional business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
10. Damaged, wrong, missing, expired or faulty items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
Please report wrong items or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
If Products are damaged, wrong, missing, expired, or faulty, contact us via Customer Service as soon as reasonably possible and include:
- your order number, and
- photos of the outer packaging and the product(s), where relevant.
Please keep the outer packaging and all packing materials until the case is resolved. This may be required for carrier claims and to assess damage in transit.
We reserve the right to replace any damaged, expired, or faulty product, or to issue a refund or store credit where appropriate. Where appropriate, we may request the original item to be returned for inspection before a replacement is shipped or a refund/credit is issued.
11. Not for resale / quantity limits
Purchases are intended for personal use. We may limit quantities and cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, distribution, or commercial purposes.
12. Payment
Payment options are shown at checkout and described on our Payment Methods page.
You can pay using the methods offered at checkout, which may include:
- Credit/Debit card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard)
- Invoice (where available and approved)
- Bank deposit / bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer:
- payment instructions will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation, and
- orders are processed once funds are received (bank processing times may vary).
13. Chargebacks & payment disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us via Customer Service first so we can help resolve it. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay resolution and may require additional verification.
14. Free gifts & promotional items
Free gifts and promotional items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a refund is granted for an order where a free gift was supplied, we may request the free gift be returned (unused and in original condition) before processing the refund, unless prohibited by law.
15. Communications
We may communicate with you by email and/or via information provided in your customer account and order confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct and that our messages are not blocked by spam filters.
16. Customer feedback, reviews and user content
If you submit, post, upload, or otherwise provide any product review, rating, testimonial, comment, photo, video, message, or other content or feedback through our website, by email, via social media, or through any channel related to our brand (“Feedback”), you confirm that you have the right to share that Feedback and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
By providing Feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publish, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise make the Feedback available in any media and for any purpose, including for marketing, advertising, product development, customer service, and operational purposes. This may include, for example, using Feedback on our website, product pages, emails, newsletters, advertisements, printed materials, and social media channels.
Where reasonable, we may shorten Feedback (for example, for formatting or length) while preserving its meaning. We may also associate Feedback with the name, username/handle, profile image, location (such as city/country), star rating, or other information you provide together with the Feedback.
We may moderate, remove, or refuse to publish Feedback at our discretion (for example, if it contains unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or irrelevant content).
We may reference or quote customer service communications (including messages sent to us) for training, quality assurance, and operational purposes, and may publish excerpts of Feedback publicly. When publishing, we will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will take reasonable steps to avoid publishing information that directly identifies you (such as full name, email address, phone number, order number, or full address), unless you have already made that information public yourself.
17. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission except as allowed by law.
18. Privacy & cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
19. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
20. Complaints & customer service
If you have questions or complaints, please contact us via Customer Service. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
21. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
If a dispute cannot be resolved with Customer Service, you may have the right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms in your country of residence, where available.
22. Events outside our control (force majeure)
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, natural events, acts of government, or outages affecting services.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
24. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any policies referenced on the website (including the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Payment Methods, Return & Replacement Policy, and Customer Service pages), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.
25. No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean we waive our right to do so later.
26. Account suspension for misuse (balanced)
We may restrict, suspend, or close customer accounts if we reasonably believe there is account misuse, suspected fraud, or an abusive pattern of returns or disputes. Where practical, we may attempt to contact you first to resolve the issue. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place your order applies to that purchase.
