Last month, we added biodegradable shrink seals on all CBD bottles to eliminate any chance of potential damage or leaking to the bottles and medical pipettes during transport.
All tests so far clearly show that the products will not get damaged during long overseas transport legs in cargo planes without pressurized cargo rooms, nor if dropped from more than 200 cm height to a concrete surface etc.
However, if any product should get damaged during transport, we will replace it. Just send our customer service team pictures or videos and they will arrange the replacement for you.
