EU adds Cannabis Sativa Root Extract to CosIng database

De EU-Commissie heeft recentelijk Cannabis Sativa Root Extract toegevoegd aan de CosIng-database.

Dit betekent dat Cannabis sativa-wortelextract nu zonder enige beperking mag worden gebruikt in cosmetica.

Het CAS-nummer is 89958-21-4 (generiek) en de vermelding bevat twee erkende functies voor dit extract:

  • Antimicrobieel
  • Antioxidant
