Last month, we added biodegradable shrink seals to all CBD bottles to help reduce the risk of damage to or leakage from the bottles and medical pipettes during transport.
This update reported tests involving long overseas transport in aircraft with unpressurised cargo areas and drops from more than 200 cm onto concrete. Results apply to the conditions tested; they do not guarantee that every product will withstand all transport conditions or impacts without damage.
However, if any product should get damaged during transport, we will replace it. Just send our customer service team pictures or videos and they will arrange the replacement for you.
