CBG (Cannabigerol) was added to the European Commission’s CosIng cosmetic ingredient database in May 2021. CosIng is an information database with no legal value, so a listing does not by itself mean that an ingredient is approved for use in cosmetics; that is determined by the EU Cosmetics Regulation and its annexes. Since then, we have been working on new, more potent CBG formulations for our CBG+CBD oils and CBD creams.

New CBG+CBD oil available
We are launching a more potent CBG+CBD oil to complement our current CBG+CBD oil with 100 mg (1%) CBG and 300 mg (3%) CBD.
The new CBG+CBD oil has 600 mg (6%) CBG and 300 mg (3%) CBD. It also contains other cannabinoids in smaller amounts and is formulated to be free of THC.
The concentration of CBG is six times higher than previously. At the time of this announcement, the new CBG+CBD oil was to be priced the same as the previous version, which was reduced in price by 50% until further notice.
New CBG oils in production
Later this month, we will launch a CBG oil with 500 mg (5%) CBG, formulated without other cannabinoids and free of THC.
