Your EU order
Formula Swiss covers applicable import VAT and customs charges when your order enters the European Union from Switzerland or ships from one of our EU warehouses. You do not need to arrange or pay these import charges yourself.
Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Review the checkout total for your delivery option. Read delivery information.
If a carrier asks about charges
If a carrier contacts you about an import charge, send customer service your order number and the carrier's notice. The team can review the delivery and help resolve it contact customer service.
This guidance covers EU deliveries. Orders outside the EU may follow different rules.
